Assistant Washing Manager
· Collaborates with cross functional teams (fabric team and Product Managers) during development and production to ensure all fabric qualities meet design intent and company standards.
· Implementation of LAB WI’S, SOP’S, along with equipment calibration procedures.
· Good command on testing methods of ASTM, AATCC & ISAO Methods along with maintaining lab Accreditation & Certification process.
· Reviews test reports of fabrics and garments during development and bulk stages to help guide quality performance decisions.
· Ensures all tasks are completed by deadline in accordance with the corporate calendar.
· Maintains awareness of industry standards to ensure compliance to safety standards while meeting brand aesthetic
· Ensures accuracy on all development documentation for adopted fabrics, including but not limited to fabric technical sheets, and test reports.
· Updates development-tracking reports and participates in weekly cross functional meetings to meet calendar dates and timelines.
· Manages any QC issues ensuring that commercially acceptable product is delivered in a timely manner.
· Reviews protocols and testing requirements to assure the brand is meeting or exceeding government regulations and requirements.
Quality Supervisor
